Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights or any right you may have to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom or the country in which you reside, where applicable.
